• Place 5 tsp. of loose tea in infuser (rule of thumb is 1 tsp. loose tea = 8 oz. cup of steeped tea, but always brew to your taste!)

• Fill teapot within 1" from the top, with boiling water. Let tea steep for 3-7 minutes, water temp and time depend on taste and type of tea used.

• After steeping to taste, remove the infuser to retain flavor and freshness. Pour and enjoy!

• For maximum heat retention, start by pre-warming your teapot and cup. Fill both with hot water, let sit for 1-2 minutes, then discard the water.
