| The Larson Electronics EXP-MTR-3P-460-15HP-0.9K-200L Explosion Proof Motor is recommended for use in Class I, Division 1 Groups C, D and Class II, Division 1 Groups F, G rated work sites. The 15 HP unit is compatible with 460V AC three phase 60 Hz and offers 28 FLA @ high. This Class F insulation rated explosion proof motor features a 200L motor frame and can be installed with industrial systems via an integrated mounting foot. The EXP-MTR-3P-460-15HP-0.9K-200L is a fractional explosion proof motor for flammable work sites. This thermally protected unit operates with 460V AC three phase 60 Hz. The 15 HP motor offers 28 full-load amps @ high with 81.5% full-load efficiency. Capable of generating 900 RPM, this motor is totally enclosed and fan-cooled (TEFC). The IP55-rated explosion proof motor features an ambient temperature rating of 50°C. Equipped with aluminum endshields, this unit is protected by a 200L motor frame and features Class F insulation, with 1.15 service factor. Wiring: The EXP-MTR-3P-460-15HP-0.9K-200L comes with 24" of +2/-0 leads for electrical connections and an unassembled aluminum conduit box. Mount: The EXP-MTR-3P-460-15HP-0.9K-200L is foot mounted for supporting the motor`s weight for sturdy, secure installations. Feet components are typically fixed on the surface, which reduces unnecessary movements during operation.
