It was William gamer who continue to business He was born in 1842 died in 1936 He grew the business to up to 400 employees. In 1896 he moved the business to Attleborough, but because of the volume was having a problem obtaining apples.
In 1961 the Showerrings Purchased the business Allied Breweries Bought the business in 1968, Matthew Clarke took over the Company in 1994.
This distinguish company closed the Attleborough Company.
After that, It was acquired by Constellation Brands i1998,
it consolidated its cider production at Gaymers in Shepton Mallet.
In 2010, it sold the business to C&C Group, which in January 2016 announced that production and packaging will move from Shepton Mallet to Clonmel in Ireland.[11]
