I believe this coin is cleaned, but it does come across like a proof coin.
Please let me know if you have more info on it. In hand it does not have the usual graininess of a cleaned coin.
Actually seems to have a nice luster though it looks a little more dull than a regular mint luster.
Obverse is definitely nicer than the reavers in my opinion as far as the shine/color goes.
