Genuine Vintage 115 year old hand stitched Italian Dressing Robe - quilted/top stitched rich red Silk& Satin-wrap around style with tie Silk belt and shawl collar. 1 pocket on RHS. Made for, and in my family in Tuscany since then. Worn latterly by my Great Aunt Margherita (pictured). Some fading on sleeves but mostly vibrant red & fit for wear. Feels & looks high quality & luxurious. Handmade and stitched beautifully. (some loss of quilting/hand stitches missing) 57cm seam-seam Front chest. (114cm)total chest Length Bk Neck to Hem 118cm. In dry storage through the War years and kept wrapped since 1976 when it was given to me.
