This is an authentic M38 bread bag from the French army in the 1940s, dyed black.
In the 1940s, it was used as a bag to carry bread, snacks, and small items.
It has enough capacity to hold a wallet, pouch, paperback book, and even a few documents, making it very convenient for everyday use. The design, which I believe was intended for reinforcement, is also characterized by the shoulder strap being sewn around the bag from the sides to the bottom.
The texture becomes more and more appealing with use.
It would be a nice accent not only for military or French work styles, but also for various fashions regardless of genre.
