This vintage Hamilton Lester from 1942 appears to have been well taken care of but also well worn! There are numerous service marks inside the case back, and the 19 jewel 982 movement is running strong and keeping accurate time. But the case is showing wear-through on the high points of the bezel, as you can see in the pics. The 14k gold filled case measures 22 x 37.5 mm and looks very good otherwise. The dial is in really nice condition with just a small spot of discoloration between the 1 and 2. The crystal is clear, but there is a bit of verdigris in the corners.
Overall, this is a pretty nice looking watch despite the wear-through, which Iooks a bit worse in the pics than in real life. Comes on a NOS vintage Kreisler leather band. Thanks for checking out my listing!
