This little boy appears to have Cabbage Patch Pox - a condition where the vinyl was mix inaccurately at the original factory. The result is light spots on his face and head. This may or may not be able to be fixed with a spot acne treatment (please research best practices - this is just what I found).
Boxs plastic window has loosened from cardboard. Doll appears to never have been removed from box. His bane is Tommie Ramsay and hes wearing a soft blue one piece outfit with green/white gingham bunny ears on the front pocket as well as a soft blue cap with same gingham pattern underneath. Hes wearing white laced up shoes.
