Vintage 1990 PACA (Protective Apparel Corp. of America) quilted soft armor carrier vest. This is the outer carrier only—NO ballistic inserts included and offers zero protection. Features zip front, adjustable hook-and-loop waist straps, and quilted navy shell. Originally designed to hold Kevlar ballistic fillers (not included). Excellent for collectors, costume use, training, prop work, or display. Size marked L+1. Clean condition with no rips or major wear. Please see photos for details.
