This is a pair of Saint Laurent skinny denim from the Vaccarello era of 19SS.
While many models from the Hedi era featured all-over coating, this model with partial coating from the Vaccarello era is quite rare. Also, while denim from the Hedi era tends to be quite stiff and lacks stretch, this Vaccarello denim has 2% polyurethane, providing considerable stretch.
Having worn various Saint Laurent pants myself, I find these to be the most comfortable and stylish.
The size is 27, which is equivalent to a size 28 of D01 from the Hedi era. The silhouette isn't overly tight, making it highly versatile.
The condition is also quite good.
