Sphene's dispersion is .051 (more than a diamond's .044)! And its refractive index is sky-high at 1.843-2.11, so it glitters more than most stones! It's also trichroic, showing 3 colors at different angles; this one throws yellow and red and green, as seen in the pictures. It is SI clarity, untreated, unheated and unenhanced in any way.
