The figures themselves are perfectly fine, it is just the outside boxes that are damaged. Would be perfect for kids or OOB collectors. Nakia actually seems to be in great condition apart from a few scratches on the box. Crossbones and Jakob have some corner damage, creases, and other dings. Firestorm's box is destroyed, damage everywhere, the window is coming out. Please look at all photos before purchasing as I may of missed some imperfections on the photos.
