WW2 A-11 Army Air force insulated pants. These would have been part of the high altitude suits, when the plane is not pressurized or heated like B-17 and B-24's. Waist is size 30 but does run bigger as they go over other uniform also has suspenders, all zippers are in good shape and work well.
