This is a set of hand carved soapstone elephant bookends made in Kenya. These are very heavy, weighing over 7lbs together! The color is very unique, a blend of red, pink and rust. Hand carved soapstone will have natural flaws however there are some scratches that appear to be "unnatural" or after it was made.
