I believe it has everything, including the box, instruction manual, stand, and 3.5mm adapter.
I purchased it exactly 3 years ago, but I didn't use it as my main headphones, so it hasn't been heavily used. The ear pads are still the original ones and haven't been replaced. Because of this, they are starting to discolor slightly and are beginning to show some wear, but I think they are still in usable condition. The ear pads still have the characteristic different thicknesses in the front and back that are unique to the K701.
The adapter connector is also the original one.
