Now this is gorgeous book...or at least has some gorgeous artwork in it. This is the first cover appearance of Mary Jane Watson dancing her heart out. Pete is still with Gwen (look at that kiss!). 1st appearance of Brainwave who turns out to be...the Kingpin (sorry to spoil a 55 year old story).
There is a large fold on the cover only and the bottom staple on the cover is hanging on for dear life but is attached. Small rip on page 13 (the centerfold page with MJ and the camera). Otherwise a very solid book for its age.
Cover date April 1968. Written by Stan "the Man" Lee and illustrated by John Romita and Don Heck.
