This is an authentic production sketch from the Animaniacs episode "Battle for the Planet", which starred animation's favorite laboratory mice -- Pinky & the Brain. This segment was written by Peter Hastings, directed by Alfred Gimeno, and animated by Wang Film Productions. Shipping is free (as Brain would say... "YES!")
Original Plot: Pinky and the Brain attempt to recreate Orson Welles' infamous War of the Worlds radio drama by televising it. However, the result is not what they have in mind.
In this particular scene (which occurs near the end of the segment), Brain boasts on the apparent success of his latest plan to take over the world.
