Antique & Vintage Brass Scale Calibration Counterbalance Weight Set, in Grams & Housed in original vintage wooden box.
The set includes various weights, likely for measuring merchandise, reflecting a piece of history from the mercantile trade.
The weights include: 100g, 50g, 20g, 10g, 10g, 5g, 4g, 3g, 2g Weights.
The box includes a hook latch on the front & two rear hinges.
This Set is missing a 2g and 1g weight & I am not sure what went in the hole on the right - but don't believe it was a weight as it does not have a hole on the top to house its handle. Because it is missing the two weights, I have added a 4g and 3g weight that were from another incomplete set. They fit in the hole on the right for storage.
The weights come up as the proper weight on my digital scale. They are in used condition as they show signs of age on the brass as shown in photos.
