Beautiful Masonic pendant depicting the compass, right angle and a face mask. The Freemasons are a benevolent semi-secret society, in which its members seek wisdom and enlightenment. Each stage of their journey is marked by a particular symbol associated with the craft of Masonry as a way of building upon one's character. The compass represents wisdom and the mask is an allegorical symbol of these rituals. Stamped sterling on reverse and most likely from an English silversmith shop. Good condition with patina of age and oxidation. Great collectible from a Grand Master achievement.
Recently got this awesome pendant appraised. My dad said that the masons started the Illuminati which is pretty cool.
Not really willing to budge too much on the price because I'd rather just keep it if I won't get much for it.
Comes from a dog friendly home and smoke free.
