Very rare antique document, a Mortgage of Leasehold Indenture, from June 1877. It is complete with the original wax seal. This is a very fascinating old document originally from Middlesex county in the UK. It mentions the Trustees of the Alliance Benefit Building Society, as well as Joseph Polock, and Bruce & Ford Law Stationers. It has something on the top of the back of the document, that I did not try to clean off for fear of damaging it. It is extremely old, and does show some wear, but overall is a very nice piece of history. Measures 28.5" X 22.5".
