Antique perfume bottles in Japanese lacquer box Vantines glass apothecary box

Here we have a very interesting Japanese lacquer box with two glass perfume bottles inside. Both of the bottles have their tops one of them I am unable to get unstuck. They both still have remnants of the perfume inside. It smells really interesting! This very quaint antique box does have some condition issues. It is very old and was clearly loved and used by somebody. The lacquer has chipped in a section on the back along with a spot in the front. None of the lacquer currently appears to be actively chipping off so if this is treated with love and care it should not deteriorate. Very collectible apothecary set that would make a wonderful gift and display item. If you would like more photos or have any questions please feel free to ask.
