Lovely old “Ivory Pyralin” hair receiver (for collecting hair - as to stuff a pincushion, which was popular in the 1800’s to early 1900’s) and a matching powder container.
Hard to find Victorian-times items. Very nice condition. No cracks. Light staining, and rubbed-off painted flowers have left a shadow of the paint on the powder container lid.
Charming reminders of a romantic era.
