This is a very iconic Arsenal Gunners jersey. This is NOT a retro reproduction. Most Nike kits during this time period were produced in the UK, France or Morocco. As indicated on the tag, this one was produced in the UK. This kit is in perfect used condition. It does not fit like a true XL as it is a Nike-fit. I would say it's closer to a Large. Raised felt lettering and League Champion badges on sleeves.
A lot of history goes along with this jersey. This was Arsene Wengers first full season with Arsenal as they celebrated their 100th season as a professional club. Arsenal took the double, winning both the League and FA Final.
Emmanuel Petite and Marc Overmars were the two main transfers to the team this season. Roster legends already include Bergkamp, Seaman, Anelka, Wright and Viera
