This 12 foot DIY Balloon Garland kit includes:
--an assortment of 5” latex balloons in forest green, midnight and olive green** (this look is achieved by "layering" two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of green*
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in ivory, white, light blue, slate blue** and sage green** (this look is achieved by "layering" two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of green and blue*
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump (needed for 5” size and double layered balloons)
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air.
