Berber or Amazigh Amulet -

An interesting African vintage piece, steeped in myth, from a long ago time and passed on, generationally, adult to youth. This Berber necklace, also known as Amazigh jewelry, is characterised by its distinctive combination of vibrant blue beads and silver or brass-toned metal. The origins of this style of jewelry originates from the Berber people (also known as Amazigh), indigenous to North Africa, particularly Morocco. The necklace features blue glass beads (sometimes referred to as Hebron beads if very ancient), and metal pendants which can be silver, brass, or a low-grade silver alloy.
