With the 11.5" height, blown construction (rough pontil), applied handle, and the S-shaped “ice lip” at the rim, this matches a mid-century West Virginia art-glass water pitcher—most consistent with Blenko Glass (late 1960s–1970s).
Empoli (Italy) pieces in this color are usually longer-necked and mold-blown; Kanawha/Viking did similar pitchers, but the body profile, heavy rim, and style of the ice lip/handle attachment are very Blenko.
