From 1997,this is Mike Allred's Madman,AKA Frank Einstein,as he was renamed by the scientists who put him back together after the car accident he was in.
Zane Townsend was his real name,and boy,did I read these comics a long time ago.
This is bust # 1361 out of how many? The bottom of the bust does not say. The box also doesn't indicate the actual number of these produced. Sculpted by Randy Bowen for his company and Mike.

I mail ordered this directly from Bowen's company in Oregon back in the day when this was new.
