All cell phones do not work they are being sold as is for parts,, all have been damaged by cracked screens; I'm sure with new screens they will work again like new.
The iPhone 11, Samsung s21 plus, and the LG velvet are all unlocked. I'm not sure about the others since they're a little older. The newer ones me and my husband had recently so they're the only ones I'm certain that they are unlocked.
