Brown & white geode agate stone pendant. The bail is silver and textured. The stone is sliced fairly thin with gorgeous rough textures along the sides. Such a pretty piece in wonderful shape.

Brown agate's chemical properties are primarily determined by its composition as a type of chalcedony, which is a form of silica (\(SiO_{2}\)). Its chemical makeup is mainly silicon dioxide, with trace amounts of other minerals and water bound within its microscopic crystal structure. The specific color and banding in brown agate result from varying environmental conditions, such as rock geochemistry and groundwater composition, during its formation.
