Comes with everything you see in the photos. All the railings are missing. Some parts are broken as you can see in the photos. Some walls have marker on them but it is not too noticeable. The coffee table is missing a leg and has some clay on it. One couch is missing one cushion and the other cushion to the same couch does not have its clips. This house is HUGE length is 17 in the height is 17.5 in and the width is 16in. This house is still functional you just have to be careful with the parts that are broken.
