Printed by Blakely Printing Company some time between 1889 and 1899, based on the fact that the first edition was printed in 1889 and the address (73 Randolph Street) was Sharp & Smith’s location until 1899. Print date not specified in book itself. A rare antique medical instrument and materials book for surgery, gynecology urology and other specialties, apparatus built for the handicapped (crutches, artificial limbs, slings, etc.), and other healthcare products.
