This high quality razor is from around 1816 and was made by world famous W Greaves and Sons. I believe it has the original scales. The blade is approximately 7/8" wide.
This razor is a piece of history. It is so high quality, and well made, that it can still be used to shave today even though it is around 208 years old.
The blade should be rehoned before use. I am not a professional restorer. I have not restored this razor in any way, as not to negatively impact its value. After a full restoration it could be like new again.
