Like new, very comfortable, oversize love seat couch. I got this couch a few years back when I had my apartment. Then given unfortunate circumstances I had to move back in with family and its been in the basement "covered" eversince. Never any water damage just has a couple little nicks and small tears.. but still a very awesome couch.
Just don't want it sitting in a cold basement when someone can still use it. Don't want a perfectly great couch to go to waste.
With a little cleaning it will be back to dam near new.
