** THEY DO NOT MAKE GOOD QUALITY DRESSES LIKE THIS ANYMORE! **
The dress is in good condition and the tights are good/fair. I don't see any holes or runs. I'm human and I am very fair about the condition of my items. I purchased this at a consignment sale and my daughter loved it. The dress is a little long so I never worried much about the tights being perfect (after all they are for keeping her legs warm!) You could probably shave them for a little neater look. Warm & Clean!
