This life size 1 on 1 ratio Creature from the Black Lagoon head bust with stand is unique and entirely handmade by myself. Created from a form of clay and latex and gradually handcrafted with paper, water and glue, painted using acrylic and a top varnish.
This type of creation method is called paper mache. It is a popular way to create a mask or any other prop with some interesting properties. For example, this bust and stand are lightweight.
