This is a genuine shaft from the Chinese manufacturer, CueElf, who also separately lists a Rean bat for auction. The included tip has been replaced.
I think this is an easy-to-use shaft with minimal deflection.
There may be slight warpage or minor scratches from the tip replacement, but they do not affect play.
