The book is in excellent condition, no tears, stains, or creases. The map folder is cheaply made and in poor condition but the maps themselves are in excellent condition.
DM OPINION:
I’ve ran this adventure numerous times. Many of its floors are exciting dungeons with very unique characters, hazards, and scenery. The titular villain, Halaster Blackcloak, is an incredibly fun character that the players get to interact with regularly. However a few of the floors, especially the lower-level ones, are quite bland and get stale quickly. I would recommend picking-and-choosing which floors you use, or simply starting deeper in the dungeon.
