This is a Department 56 "Tutbury Printer" lighted porcelain building from the Dickens' Village Series.
It is part of the Heritage Village Collection.
The item number is #5568-9 or #55689.
It was introduced in December 1990 and retired in December 1996.
The piece is hand-painted and features multicolor illumination. Villages in good condition only flaw that I see is by the chimney. There is a paint spot. Not sure if it was factory. It shown in the pictures. Has box with wear due to storage.
