Purchased directly from sephora (you can see the picture where i registered it under my dyson account - I removed it so that you can register it). I did take this out of the box, and attempt to use it once but that only lasted about 3 minutes! Otherwise it just gathered dust. As new as new can get without being in an unopened box!
