Very interesting and somewhat scarce book showcasing scans of four of notebooks of the acclaimed artist and designer, a leading figure in American Realism and modern art. These notebooks contain a variety of sketches, journaling, plans, projects and other details pertinent to Hopper’s life and work. With essays by Lyons and Brian O’Doherty.
