• never been taken out of the house but has been worn for alterations.
• this is a COMPLETED costume. costume, accessories, wig, & shoes.
• the price reflects the amount of custom upgrades done to it. the dress was taken in to fit me better. there was horsehair added to the skirt to give it the proper floof. official patches were bought but not yet added. the thigh highs were sewn to tights so they wouldnt fall. two petticoats are included to double the volume.
