This Farm Country set is in good condition with very minor wear from use. There is some slight discoloration on some of the white wall panels. The set is almost complete, with the only thing missing being 1 of the large pigs. Also note that the instructions say there are 18 gray fence panels while the box says 15. There are 16 panels included in this set, so I am unsure if there are 2 missing or 1 more than there are supposed to be. Box is included and has moderate wear from storage.
