The Satellit by Eton / Grundig is a portable receiver, with limited weight and size, developed to find a place both in the home environment and alongside the demanding enthusiast offering SSB demodulation and synchronous AM for bands up to 30 MHz in addition to the coverage of the VHF range of 118~136 MHz reserved for aeronautical communications. Therefore, in AM mode, including the VHF band, you can choose between two selectivity values (narrow / wide) to optimize reception in the presence of interference on adjacent channels. The tuning is articulated: by rotary control, as by directly entry from the keyboard, by recalling a specific frequency from the memory, or by activating an automatic search. For the FM band the display shows the RDS data, you can choose to read four different data fields commonly associated with the name and type of the program as well as the radio station references.
