This device is compatible with 12-200V DC and features a rotary dial. The IP66-rated unit is protected by a static resistant plastic alloy housing. PLEASE NOTE: The HLSW-AE.EX series of explosion proof switches, operators, buttons, lights, and dials are certified to European Union (ATEX) and International (IEC Ex) standards and are approved for installing in these locations. This unit IS NOT certified to United States (NEC) or Canadian (CEC) standards for hazardous location. This unit DOES NOT carry UL or CSA ratings. The HLSW-AE.EX-FG-PTM-2K.HM-N-W30-G1 is designed for use in Zones 1/2 and Zones 21/22 rated combustible locations. This explosion proof potentiometer operates on 12-200V DC. Equipped with 2KΩ resistance, the unit offers a scale of 0-100%. This device can be added to custom control station builds that contain pilot lights, other push buttons, emergency stop, selector switches, sensors and more. This explosion proof unit is constructed of static resistant plastic alloy. The IP66-rated device is suitable for ATEX/IECEx rated work sites with operating temperatures ranging between -40°C and +50°C. There are no labels or marking on this potentiometer. We offer both custom labels (upon request) and the following selection of markings at an additional cost: On, Off, Start, Stop, I, O, Forward, Reverse and directional arrows. Wiring: Cable entry is facilitated by one M20 x 1.5 molded plastic hub located at the bottom of the unit. To cater to other system or project requirements, we can offer this device in M20 or M25, as well as in nickel-plated brass or stainless steel. Maximum outer cable diameter range for the hub is 5.5mm to 13mm. Mounting: The HLSW-AE.EX-FG-PTM-2K.HM-N-W30-G1 is compatible with surface mounting and pendant mounting applications. We offer a variety of stands for elevated mounting. Applications: Petroleum refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, paint spray booths, food manufacturing buildings, agricultural operations, grain storage centers, industrial equipment and more. |
