This is a super rare 70's Levi's 3rd type jacket. The size is a boy's size, so it's a bit small, but back in the 2000s, when I was still skinny and loved tight vintage clothing, I used to wear this with a perfectly-fitting white blank T-shirt.
With the current Y2K boom, I think this is a piece that will satisfy petite men and women who love vintage.
The condition is very good for a 50-year-old vintage item. The blanket lining is still in great shape. The denim still has a crisp, stiff feel, and there's no rust on the buttons, which is common.
