Those who refuse to allow the mistakes of the past to repeat march forward in armored suits, Knights and Squires in a war they were told they chose. Scattered remnants of a once-grand society cling to banner and flag like bandages to a wound, willing to claw back what was once theirs by any means. Whilst others smile and wave from atop positions of imagined power in Vaults as far from the world as possible, hiding in the dark from their actions in the light. Though, in the Wasteland, these reasons don't matter. These people are the same as those who came before. Nothing will alter, there will be violence, there will be blood, there will be war...
