FIREMANE - Custom Etched Breyer Andalusian model... with the Map of Middle-Earth in his markings!
This guy is one of my very first "etchie" models... and features the Map of Middlr Earth, as well as a Swan Ship in his markings. His mane and tail were painted in acrylics to give him his signature "fire mane" color. He is based on the horse Theoden rides out of Helm's Deep on in the Lord of the Rings movies. He also has hand painted detailed hooves and picking around his groin.
He was finished back in 2002 or so... when the films were in theaters.
