She does have some red and black spots not sure how that happened but maybe could be scrubbed off with a magic eraser price reflects the marks . Hair does need some fixing . No original certificate, base included. No cracks or chips .dress and base covers legs with the marks. Also doll has this piece inside her that moves around when she’s tilted could just be something broke off on in the inside. But I don’t see anything on the outside. Dress can be removed. Pet friendly home .free gift with purchase. UPDATE. I did scrub the red mark and black and most did come off but some marks are still visible.
