This is the PFU Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional JP (Sumi).

Manufactured about 15 years ago, this fully functional keyboard was working without issues until December 2025. Before listing, I wiped the body with消毒用アルコール (disinfecting alcohol) and removed all the keycaps, washing them in a laundry net.
I used to use it in the "Sonshi Style" (raised), and there are two small non-slip pads purchased from a 100-yen shop attached to the back to elevate the keyboard (see photo 4). You can use it as is, or you can remove them.
As a bonus, I'm including a USB Type-A to mini USB Type-B (L-shaped connector) cable.
