This was received as part of a campaign when I switched to 4K cable TV 10 years ago, along with the Huawei Pad I'm also listing. I set it up at the time, but I never used it. It was taken out of the original box, so it's slightly yellowed, but there's no sign of use. I've just set it up again and confirmed that it works with cable TV, and simple keyboard input is also OK. Please make use of it. This is a used item, so there may be some minor signs of use.
